Welcome to Hotspot AI (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), developed and operated by Magneto IT Solutions LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hotspot AI application installed through the Shopify App Store.
By installing, accessing, or using Hotspot AI on your Shopify store, you (“Merchant”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please uninstall and discontinue use of the App immediately.
Hotspot AI is an embedded Shopify application that enables merchants to create interactive, clickable visual diagrams, shoppable banners, and spare parts hotspot overlays linked to products in their Shopify store catalog via Theme App Extensions.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App solely on the Shopify stores where you have installed it.
Hotspot AI offers computer-vision AI features designed to assist you in automatically detecting and suggesting pin locations for products and assembly parts on uploaded diagrams.
Merchant Verification Required: While our AI models strive for high accuracy, AI detections are provided as helpful suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and confirming all hotspot coordinates, linked products, and prices before saving or publishing diagrams to your live storefront.
Hotspot AI injects hotspot visual overlays exclusively through native Shopify Theme App Extensions and app embed blocks. The App does not alter, inject permanent script tags into, or modify your core theme liquid files. You maintain complete control over enabling or disabling the embed blocks inside your Shopify Theme Customizer at any time.
If applicable, charges for using Hotspot AI (including recurring subscriptions or tiered plans) are billed exclusively through Shopify’s official Billing API. All charges will appear directly on your regular Shopify invoice in accordance with Shopify’s Merchant Billing Terms.
You may modify or cancel your plan at any time through the App settings or by uninstalling the App from your Shopify Admin.
You may terminate your use of Hotspot AI at any time simply by uninstalling the App from your Shopify Admin.
Upon receiving Shopify’s app/uninstalled webhook, the App immediately revokes API access tokens, disables active sync pipelines, and deactivates your store profile. Storefront hotspot embeds will cease rendering immediately. We retain configuration data solely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and process complete data erasure upon receipt of Shopify’s mandatory GDPR deletion requests.
We strive to provide reliable service with 99.9% uptime. However, we do not warrant that the App will operate completely uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, third-party network outages, or Shopify API downtime may occasionally affect performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Magneto IT Solutions LLC, its officers, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time. When updates are published, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document will be revised. Continued use of the App following any revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
